- The item is unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- You must provide the proof of purchase (order number, transaction ID, or receipt).
- The product is not a custom-made or personalized item. These items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Certain products, such as sale items, gift cards, or opened video games, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to individual product listings for any specific return exclusions.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with detailed return instructions.

Return Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm its condition. Returns typically take 7-10 business days to process, after which we will initiate your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. Please note that the following terms apply:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card, PayPal account, or other payment methods used during checkout. If you paid by bank transfer, we may request additional information to complete the refund process.
- Partial Refunds: If you return part of an order, a partial refund will be issued for the value of the returned products. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
